A one-year management development programme for emerging leaders in your organisation.
Designed and delivered by The Ink Group and our associate partners in the field of corporate L&D, the programme offers high potential delegates the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills, to accelerate their careers, and to add real value to your business.
Places are strictly limited (with only one delegate place available per company per cohort) and prospective delegates are invited to apply with a sponsoring testimonial from their employer.
Applicants must be able to commit to two ‘in person’ learning days during the year (c10am to 4pmin Market Harborough), Leicestershire), a series of online workshops, and action learning partnerships with other delegates.
Progress will be monitored and a year-end evaluation will be provided to the sponsoring employer.
